- Chicken Tenderloins
- Colby Jack Cheese
- Frozen or Fresh crown of broccoli
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 2 cans chicken broth/stock
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. While preheating, prepare the casserole dish. Spray 9×13 casserole dish with grease.
Combine in a separate bowl 2 cans of cream of chicken, then fill 2 cans worth of chicken stock, combine and mix well with cream of chicken.
Add knorr rice packets to the wet mixture, mix until well combined.
Add to the greased casserole dish, next add broccoli by pressing into rice slightly.
Lastly, add chunked chicken the same way you added the broccoli.
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is about 135 degrees internally.
Remove from oven, remove tinfoil and cover with colby jack cheese. Cook for another 7-15 minutes or until chicken is 145 degrees internally.
